Pros

I enjoyed working for Nugget. I loved the people and the environment. If you work hard, you get promoted fairly easy.

Cons

The customers. Some of them are very arrogant and need to be coddled through. They feel they are always right, and if they feel they have been slighted in some way, they want compensation PLUS a product for free. ..... irritating.

Pros

Overall I enjoyed my fellow co-workers. We always had fun while working. Never a dull moment.

Cons

Don't expect hard work to pay off. Favoritism was the only way to get a promotion. If you were not the manager's friend or favorite you got stuck with the worst shifts and had to ask for pay raises, unlike the favorites. Upper management loved to treat the employees like children when they would talk to you.
