      They were a very fun company to work for and had loads of benefits that would help many people looking for entry into health and a 401k. During my tenure they weren't able to offer the classes that they normally host during the spring and fall, which included wine making classes, Pizza spinning courses etc. Due to covid they were not offer which is understandable given the conditions. The workers, at least with each other, had a great sense of community and kinship which helped move operations along.

      Cons

      It is a grocery store so given the high turn over rate you were seeing a lot of new faces frequently which also meant you could be working slightly more than scheduled or they might ask you to go beyond the required task to make up for the lack of bodies but that is to be expected often for high turn over rates.
