Pay generally low in comparison to how hard you have to work Favoritism Cult-ish They reward the “good soldiers” and try to get as much work out of you as humanly possible and beyond. Inconsistency in how they deal with people - I’ve seen people get unfairly black-listed for crossing the wrong person while seeing others get away with stuff that’s way out of line. Seems like it all hinges on who you know/which important people like you.
