Not a long term job..

Pros

The job is fairly simple, and all of the other courtesies and checkers are super nice. The Nugget only hires happy and friendly employees, which makes working there fun. The Nugget also has a lot of perks, with many opportunities to earn some extra money.

Cons

With the coronavirus, there has been a lot of sanitization. Most of what you will do everyday as a courtesy clerk is clean. You are also constantly moving. Management does not like to see you standing there, and may write you up if they see you just standing at a check stand. They heavily stress "no-downtime," which means you should always be doing something. Cart hours in the summer are also really difficult. It gets really hot outside and sometimes you will have multiple cart hours in a shift. Most employees move on after a few months.
