most coworkers are friendly and cool.

Cons

guests are constantly entitled and company policies and protocols allow for entitlement and poor treatment to workers be allowed. management constantly has problems with scheduling and there's a lot of shadiness and favoritism that is prevalent. If you're working as a courtesy clerk, you're basically overworked and have to do most everything from carts, to sweeps, to bathroom, checks, to whatever else your manager wants, to bagging while getting paid the least.
