Pros

Most of, if not, almost all associates are very welcoming and very friendly! There are awesome associate benefits along with really good managers. You are given a lot of training and are not left to figure things out on your own. The training is very good too.

Cons

The schedule comes out weekly for the next week and so you only get 4 heads up to plan your next week.

Privately owned, family run business. Really cares about its employees and offers great benefits and decent pay for an entry level job, with nice perks like 10% employee discounts.

Cons

The work culture highly encourages you to "love your job," which got annoying at times but wasn't too bad as it was actually a very enjoyable job.
