One of the best reasons to work at Nugget is the overall positive energy that is present in the store at all times. In addition to the energy, I was treated with an incredible amount of respect from my managers from the moment I was hired. Not only do they value caring about the guests but there is a heavy presence on caring for their associates as well.

I’ve worked in a few bars, I always put my all into my work because I love what I do and nugget appreciates that. They really create such a great healthy work environment. Managers are approachable for all subjects. It’s the small things like providing lunch and snacks in the break room during the very very tiring and busy holidays. The holiday parties and small weekly raffles. The free healthcare is a plus!
