Nothing, it is a great place with great people.

If you are in a respected position at nugget you are treated better and you get away with a lot of things that other people wouldn’t get away with. You must pretend to be happy %120 of the time if you aren’t your hours get cut and you’re considered nothing at nugget. They stress everyday that there are cameras watching you every second which makes it uncomfortable to work at times. Your co workers are so fake it’s scary they don’t care about your problems or if you’re going through a rough time all they care about at the end of the day is if you’re at your shift or not !!! It seems really good at first but that feeling will fade away soon they recognize the same 3 people each week most people don’t stand a chance to get recognized for their hard work. Also the training is horrible they give you 2 days to learn 1277 things horrible hours 12-9 5 days a week never gives the weekends off unless your nugget royalty I never had time to do what I needed to do as well as they split your days off which makes you feel like you never have days off !
