Pros

there’s some flexibility with wfh, there’s talented people in engineering although a lot have been lost with turnover

Cons

it’s very obvious this company keeps going downhill over time. it’s also obvious they don’t care about lower level employees. there’s favoritism which mostly goes to the sydney office. and plan on your salary staying the same no matter how long you’ve been there. rarely are there raises. never are their bonuses. someone else said management sends mixed messages and confuse people. that is very true and it’s frustrating. people leave and then they are not replaced causing a lot of stress to those that are still working.

Pros

Exceptional products and technology

Cons

Management either doesn’t care that much about employees or simply doesn’t understand that some of their decisions cause confusion and turnover. The latest in a long line of examples is an attempt to force everyone to take a 2 week vacation over Christmas / New Years. Nuix also has a very ambiguous yearly review / compensation process compared to other companies I’ve worked at.
