      Bad Culture

      Good work life balance. I had the opportunity to work with some really talented engineers.

      Cons

      Engineering culture is pretty bad. It's absolutely shocking that the CEO continues to employ a CTO with such little emotional intelligence. Joshua Greenough truly lacks the ability to communicate like a normal human being. He is in dire need of executive coaching. The amount of time and money wasted on employees who leave because they don't want to work with him or don't know how to work with him is a tremendous disservice to the entire company, share holders and customers.

      - Client base - Fully Remote - Collaborative team - Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      - Negligible diversity. You mostly see White colleagues and other ethnicities are rare. Mostly White top management. - The company has unsaid politics that get hard to navigate in a fully remote set-up. - Some managers do not communicate effectively. Unrealistic/unknown expectations. - Culture is in the grey. - Growth can depend on the team that you are in.

      Great technology under terrible leadership

      Great product/solution Great colleagues although most of the good ones have left Culture was awesome initially but changed quickly as company grew

      Cons

      Terrible management and senior leadership. This was the worst management team I have experienced in over 20 years of employment. High performing sales people were promoted to managers without any management training. Senior leadership was unsupportive and lacked a clear vision. High turnover in sales and management. Compensation is very low for the industry.
