      Pros

      Numerator is great place to work! We're differentiated in the marketplace and there isn't another competitor that can get to the insights that we can. Love how management keeps everybody in the loop as it is a very transparent company. Future is BRIGHT!

      Slightly hectic at the moment, but it's a good thing. We're combining assets from our former companies Market Track and Infoscout

      - Fully Remote - First level managers are generally high quality

      Cons

      - Poor compensation, doesn't keep up with cost of living changes - Very little respect for employee moral, those in power to make decisions have no problem with that disrespect
