      Pros

      Numerator has been a great opportunity for me. I've been able to grow in my role and learn so much. They really value continued growth and learning, which I appreciate. Good efforts on diversity and inclusion, and great flexibility and ability to work remotely, which has been a huge quality of life improvement for me.

      Cons

      Too many meetings makes it hard to get things actually done sometimes.
