Recharge Days (offices are closed for business) have been offered since 2020 and continue and they've just started Supercharge Weeks as a way to help associates decide when to come into the office. Hack Days are a recurring event throughout the year. These events encourage collaboration and give every Numerator associate an opportunity/forum to share an idea that they feel could help improve the business.
