      Flat organization means you can talk directly with decision makers which is a huge plus. My team is really helpful and no one hesitates t o help out. The work is interesting and makes use of latest technology

      Love the culture: everyone works hard and gets things done while knowing how to have fun along the way. The team members are very talented and down to earth. Very strong product that is growing quickly and interesting to work on

      - Development work was okay

      Cons

      - Very rigid mindset of management and did not care for the work done - They will care even if you are 1 minute late - Distributed team, all over the place - the Ottawa office is barebones and seemed like the the life was zapped from the place. - Other offices enjoyed greater benefits than Ottawa
