      Good brand name. Quite structured in working systems.

      Cons

      Still many old timers sticking to the company- working for past 10 to 15 years. No new ideas/ thoughts have come in. Was still driven as though it was a proprietary concern in 2012.

      a place to work for our life time, they will extend our contract of work, even after our retirement too....

      Cons

      very low salary increment, treated as bonded laboures, may be this situation will change after complete take over by legrands peoples...
