Making a Huge Difference in the World

Pros

Fulfilling, meaningful work. Getting people mobile and independent is vital and life changing. Invested and caring senior leadership. Willing to take risks to be the absolute best in the CRT market. Culture of caring for employees and customers first and foremost.

Cons

Mobility is extremely personal and difficult when it's removed from a person so we sometimes take the brunt of that anger. Struggle with communication as is common in large companies, always looking to make it better though.

Pros

It is a growing company that is aware of its issues involved in the growth and has developed a roadmap to be the best in customer service and reliability. From a pay & benefit perspective they compensate well. The opportunity each day to help others is reason enough to come to work.

Cons

Hiring process is slow and branch is a bit disconnected from process.
