Great work for male employees that want to get away with anything

Hybrid work once Covid hit

Cons

Everything else. They don’t value their best employees. They will get rid of the low man in the totem pole for the smallest reason but there are male employees higher up that have had verbal abuse complaints and sexual harassment complaints and they still have jobs or get promotions. Keep the me. That break the zero tolerance policies but get rid of the hard workers at the bottom for trivial mistakes.

Hybrid work schedule, flexibility, stability, pay isn’t good but benefits are nice

Cons

Raises did not compensate for high and stressful work loads, favoritism is the name of the game in management,
