Pros

Interesting, game-changing technology. New management team. CEO (Bob Walmsley) has stressed transparency and accountability from the top down. Regular, plain-talk communications from management with emphasis on clarity. Moving to Alewife in April 2017. Company rewards high performance.

Cons

Kendall Sq location can be a pain to get to. Moving to Alewife in April 2017.

The salary is reasonable. There are talented people at the company. Wine and cheese event every week.

Cons

NuoDB is a badly run company with a deluded egotistical management that treats employees very poorly and is pushing a product that doesn't work.
