I work through an agency. It is convenient for me because I can make my own schedule for days that I can work.

Cons

The downsides about working an agency is that when you working for a company they send you to, you might get a lot of cancelations and I do not like that. So I'm trying to find something more permanent as well as a job fit for me exercising my PCT certifications that I have received.
