Job Opportunities (Depending where you live and depending on the options they give to work they will choose the closer area for you to work at.) if your a student they have a somewhat flexible schedule

Since Nursefinders is an agency and is under contract you may not be at the same facility long term if that bothers you

They pay good but it's not even worth the aggravation. I honestly do not have anything positive to say about this company.

Cons

Very anger and hostile work culture. They will overwork you and will constantly accuse you of things you are not doing all day long and treat you terrible. There is no real work life balance And they want to make sure you are working every second you are there. Can't even go to the bathroom without being questioned and you have to have every aspect of your work controlled or you are viewed as insuborinated.
