Pros

I love recieving instant pays from Nursefinders. I love the flexible scheduling and I also enjoy going to the local hospital and doing companion care.

Cons

When you go to certain facilites the other CNA's don't like helping you with transferring residents on the hoyer lift. But that can be easily fixed by contacting Nurse finders or supervisor.

Cons

Slow very slow pay afterwards...also sometime no pay for work. The Charleston office is disorganized.
