Pros

some of the best reasons to work for nursefinders is that they find you assignments rather quickly. They offer competitive hourly wages. They are always working on finding your next assignments.

Cons

Some of the down sides to working for nursefinders is that you are always having to find another place to work after you are already comfortable at one place. Although, that is part lf the deal when you work for a staffing agency.

Pros

Within the local office, the management is very supportive. The corporate offices can sometimes be overwhelming to deal with.

Cons

Too much paperwork, it seems that the corporate managment is out of touch with the local managment. The amount of time spent on trival things could be eliminated so that more time could be spent on employees and their needs and the updated tools to get their job done.
