Pros

Very talented engineers who are expert in their field. I have worked at Faang. Faang is filled with players who are good at playing politics. If you want to work with humble extremely talented individuals Nutanix is the place. There is no short term pressure to deliver. Family like culture with regular hackathons and competitions to think out of box.

Cons

Salary growth is low compared to big tech. Regular work can become boring sometime if you dont have domain interest (talking about AHV team).
