Pros

The culture is pretty much like any other startup company, however the only advantage is since most of the management is from big companies, the working style is kind of "free" and the people are really humble. Growth opportunities are good and so is the work. Good work and personal life balance. Benefits are being worked upon in the Bangalore office and should be among the best in the market soon. Overtime benefits and other perks are excellent.

Cons

Apart from the fact that this is a startup in India, the office is kind of small and limited just now. None apart from this.

Pros

It's been eye opening going from working for one of the "tech giants" to a startup like Nutanix. The impact that you feel you make on the company and the product (and the products future) are incredible. The benefits are awesome and the pay is good.

Cons

Rapid development cycle leads to some releases getting pulled or minor bugs in the product. This isn't any different than what I've seen working for huge players in the industry however. Software always contains bugs.
