Pros
International environment with a people from different culture and background encouraging culture exchange. Flexible working hours with 3 yearly wellbeing days
Cons
- Politics: Company with too much politics, where hard workers and good talent is not appreciated, you see people become managers just because of their connections, not their skills or experience. - Changes: lot of random decisions closing and opening departments, Leaders only think about adding random tasks without appreciating what the employees are doing. Firing employees without valid reasons. - Salaries: salaries feel like abuse, if you compare salaries to other similar companies, they are totally different and they don’t appreciate people’s background. - Flexibility: They claim that they are flexible, yet you see managers monitoring Slack availability, even while at the office, they check if you stick to your desk or no. - No clear career growth: if you want to apply to another position in another location, they direct you to “people business manager” who is not responsive and don’t even answer most of the times. - Work from office: They claim flexibility here as well, but they are monitoring this to use it against you when firing you. - Useless survey and feedback they send every quarter.
