Pros
Very open culture where your ideas will actually be listened to. Employees are encouraged to make direct connections with as many other employees as possible to foster collaboration and exchange suggestions/ideas. The organization is pretty open and even the lowest tier employees have access to executives. The technologies we are working on are incredible and make it exciting to come to work each day.
Cons
We are growing so fast that some things, such as career development tend to get left behind as the focus is on growing fast. It is a pretty high pressure environment, however most "startup" type companies are.
