      Super exciting technology, great vision from leadership, take-no prisoners attitude towards competition. Customer focus is visible everywhere, as any of the many experts we have are always willing to help out both prospects and current customers.

      Sometimes quirky ideas from sales management.

      Pros

      Everyone is willing to share their knowledge with you. Fast growth has not hampered the smaller startup culture of cooperation. So far, I have been able to voice my concerns with management and see them addressed.

      Cons

      As the company grows, the process and procedures need to readjust, leading to confusion, overlapping functions and lack of accountability in some areas.

      - INNOVATION: Nutanix is on the edge of technology development - the company proves over and over again that it solves customer issues with innovative products and services better than imcumbent legacy vendors. - MANAGEMENT: The management is awesome - visionary and undeviatingly straight forward. - SIMPLICITY: The company is really straight forward with a simple mission: "Get things done and delight the customer!". There are no complicated lengthy processes or politics that would distract the daily work - PERKS: Great perks for the employee - way above average
