      Pros

      The least you put in the more your awarded, the more you work then the more your used.

      Cons

      Concrete floors makes it bad on your feet, sometimes it gets real dusty due to the nutrients floating everywhere they deep into your skin. In the summer time 2 hours after work and a shower is done yellow sweat oozes out of your pores.

      Pros

      Acceptable wage/benefit package. Home weekends.

      Cons

      Inept, untrained, management personnel. Lack of communication between departmental silos. Rampant favoritism and culture of privilege among some departments and personnel vs others. HR policy interpreted by what is expedient for the corporate interests, not equally applied to all employees in the interest of fairness. Corporate culture is based on trendiness and a "flavor of the day" approach.

      I dont even know where to start. This place is going downhill fast. Best advice would be to steer clear. This place makes me want to off myself most days. I cant wait to out of here.
