Pros

Absolutely no pros about this place!

Cons

The management at this company is completely clueless. Despite having some intelligent junior staff, the upper management is incompetent and actively hinders progress. Quite frankly it’s just embarrassing how little some department heads actually know what they are doing! The work environment is also extremely TOXIC!! There's rampant backstabbing, gossip, and attempts to sabotage your work. You will be overlooked, undervalued, and never reach your true potential here. The unprofessionalism of some upper management is appalling, from gossiping about subordinates and other managers, gossiping about past employees, to sabotaging junior staff's work for personal gain, and displaying sheer laziness and poor decision-making. Working here was dreadful, and senior management's lack of competence is shocking! HR is entirely ineffective and useless, and the recent “positive” reviews are clearly written by upper management, given the telling writing style. Read all the negative reviews closely and you will notice a pattern! For the sake of your mental health and career, stay far away from this place!!!

Pros

Free food twice a week Free product Remote work Bonus

Cons

While those pros might seem appealing at first glance, the truth is, they pale in comparison to the downright awful experience of working here. It's like stepping into a high school clique nightmare every day. Add to that the never-ending 60-hour weeks, and you've got a recipe for burnout. And don't even get me started on HR—they might as well not exist. Management doesn't know what they're doing, and they don't care. My time here left me with crippling anxiety. Trust me, steer clear.

Pros

Good benefits and free lunch

Cons

This business is not set up to support growth. There are too many complexities, no processes or standard operating procedures, and no internal alignment or strategy. I could see this company start to fail in the next few months/year. The workplace is incredibly toxic and poorly managed. Senior leaders are not leaders, just decision makers who were in the right place at the right time. The CEO is not a real CEO, just a figurehead that cannot properly speak to the business. There is constant gossip and cattiness between divisions, especially senior leaders. My senior leader was unprofessional and would talk poorly about their own counterparts, executives, past employees, their own direct reports, and specifically named employees who were let go. I witnessed many times where leadership would use fear and intimidation towards their employees. This is the typical churn and burn company, they do not care about your workload or long hours. There was little to no onboarding, no company culture, no structure, and no work-life balance.
