      Pros

      Free lunch every tuesday and thursday.

      Cons

      We are tired of this power hungry CTO running the company. Dictating and controlling every department with arrogant attitude as if CEO does not even exist. How come CX does not have a qualified leader? Repeatedly denied hiring a real head of CX to maintain power. Behind the scene CTO hires entire external design team made up of personal friends on company money. How about the layoffs? Orchestrating the removal of talented people from every department that could have made a difference.

      Pros

      Working at a startup comes with wearing lots of hats and having a lot of responsibility. There are a lot of opportunities to learn new skills, which is my favorite thing about Nutrafol. The marketing team is very close with each other, which has made working from home a smooth transition. We have a lot of meetings and a busy work load, but its a pleasure to work with other team members. The new CMO helped us focus on our responsibilities within one month of being hired. We now are a dream team with clear direction and goals to meet each month. WFH perks have been AMAZING. Couldn't be more grateful. When we are in office it's work hard, play hard. Nutrafol has fun and we love a themed party.

      Cons

      With a growing company there is a lot of organization and process that still needs to set between cross functional and leadership teams. We are extremely fast paced. Be ready to work hard (it's easy to work long hours because most employees are very passionate about their work and have trouble disconnecting). The interview process can go very quickly without properly vetting new talent.

      Pros

      Fast-paced startup environment, with challenging yet rewarding work. The product is great and I love feeling like we are actually making a difference in people's lives. The company's transparency, responsiveness and support during the pandemic has been especially impressive. They truly practice what they preach when it comes to being a wellness company (awesome benefits for a company this size, twice daily wellness breaks, free lunch delivery 2x a week and more). My experience on the marketing team specifically has been overwhelmingly positive - great leadership and super smart people who are passionate about their work and supporting each other. Lots of opportunity for growth. So happy to be a part of this team.

      Cons

      It's still a small company, and not without the growing pains that many startups encounter. You will work hard.
