      Pros

      Scrappy environment so you grow quickly Location is close to all kinds of transportation Insanely smart team so you will learn a lot. Real time impact but you have to make sure you call it out in order to be recognized.

      Cons

      Not focused enough to make real headway. Slow to learn from other mistakes. Middle management lacks the skill necessary to keep team engaged. Lots of turnover in operations and marketing. Long hours but that’s expected in a startup. Salary could definitely be higher since you end up doing much more than what is listed in the job description.

      Pros

      Joining Nutrafol has been the best decision I have made in my career. I get to work with amazing people everyday. Our founders truly have the heart of gold. -Hard work, commitment are valued -Meditation Center right next door with free community hours on Thursday and Friday -Corporate massages

      Cons

      Some may few working in a start-up a con, but I personally see it as an opportunity.

      Pros

      -opportunity to understand and be a part of a successful start up making waves in their industry - caring, bright, motivated co workers who really want you to succeed -great enviornment to work in. Work hard and play hard culture. Really a place you can grow as an employee -I appreciate the my coworkers and bosses because they trust me and let me thrive in an enviornment that allows you to solve things creatively -there is a lot to learn every day and room for growth -dog friendly enviornment

      Cons

      - the company is growing and is a start up, so expect to get involved from the ground up, really understand the ins and outs, and be ready to put in work! -standards and protocols could always use more fine tuning but that is going to happen in a booming , expanding and successful company that's continuing to grow and adapt to its growth - if for any reason you aren't a dog lover, you should expect a dog friendly enviornment -atypical hours of work, depending on the day. Theres always work to be done and this isn't an enviornment for those who aren't willing to go the extra mile sometimes. -company doesn't settle for mediocre work but believes in its employees and provides the best to tools work with so get ready to contribute and really grow as a worker
