Pros

Supportive and approachable leadership. When working cross functionally, all teams are willing to help and support each other. The products/brand is great. Fully remote work environment. Amazing benefits (insurance, wellness breaks, unlimited PTO, monthly wellness allowances, biweekly lunch allowances, free product subscriptions, 401K match, etc.) Opportunities to grow with salary increases, promotions, bonus structures, and skill growth. The people are extremely passionate and driven. Company culture truly values their people and a work life balance.

Cons

Turnover can be a challenge at times, which can lead to taking on additional responsibilities but leadership is supportive and recognizes those efforts.

Pros

Excellent products you can genuinely stand behind. Strong earning potential with a solid comp plan if you’re willing to put in the work. Opportunities to connect with talented and passionate colleagues.

Cons

The professional division was a revolving door with constant turnover and little stability. Leadership was often unavailable, and ongoing issues went unresolved, making it hard to deliver the best customer experience. In the salon division, leadership was toxic, inconsistent, and dishonest — qualified on paper but lacking integrity, genuine leadership skills, and the ability to build trust. Company-wide, repeated restructuring created chaos, HR seemed more focused on weekly “fluff” meetings than solving real problems, and the overall culture often felt more like a sorority or middle school than a professional workplace.
