Pros

A lot of amazing people, all empowered to support farmers, along with a flexible work environment.

Cons

Very corporate with complex reporting lines, which makes sense given the diversity of customers and regions. That said, things can take a while to get signed off, as decisions sometimes need approval from the US/Canada even when you’re operating in a small regional Australian town.
