      Overall good work life balance; however a lot of middle managers that really aren't needed.

      Pros

      Great people and good work life balance. Overall it is a good company to work for, but has been struggling in the most recent months.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up and more incentive to reward harder working employees. Need more communication between various departments. Middle level management doesn't seem to add much value to organization.

      Free Lunch. Friendly and cordial working environment.

      Cons

      The traffic around the city is horrendous. Limited opportunity in promotions. It's not uncommon to know someone working in the same position for years.

      Flexible working hour, casual dress code, excellent medical benefits

      Cons

      Favoritism is obvious on some staff, and clueless head-of-office who fights for power. Environment is very tensed, fake friendliness and political.
