Pros
After having worked with some very small companies in the past it is honestly a relief to work with a big corporation. I really like all of the programs, they have tuition assistance if you're going to/back to school (like me!), I feel valued, I appreciate our flexible hybrid environment. I like my colleagues both locally and around the world, and I hope to be here for years to come.
Cons
Even though I like working for a big company, that isn't for everyone and it even ruffles my feathers at times. Sometimes the "one size fits all" approach to policies can be very frustrating. I also feel like there is pretty constant change and that can be exhausting. Any time these changes includes layoffs, that is very depressing. But change can also keep you on your toes and relevant!
