      Pros

      Executive leadership is forward-thinking and aspirational.

      Cons

      Programs and initiatives are not given the time or effort to make differences in the employee experience. Organizational changes, restructuring whip-lash and mid-management turnover (small scale layoffs) take there toll on employee morale, team effectiveness and overall culture/morale.

      Great people to work with overall.

      Cons

      Hard to see where the role is going as no clarity or transparency, some toxic managers who will throw you under the bus for their mistakes. Processes take too long with varying degrees of useless approvals.

      Pros

      A client obsessed culture where every employee matters. They hire the best most talented individuals for every position and strive for a diverse and inclusive environment where everybody brings their best.

      Cons

      You must be prepared to hit the ground running, Personal accountability is foundational and if you seek upward mobility be prepared to actively pursue your intended path from day one. If you are not promotable every two years you can easily stagnate and be overlooked for advancement.
