Not a good place if you care about your career or the purpose of the business. Lots of turnover. They claim to act with integrity and value collaboration. However, management plays double standards, lies through their teeth, abuses power and even threats. Due to the constant structural change and turnover, people are just either not ambitious and trying to grind out until retirement, or determined to stabilize their positions and get rid of competition, by fair means or foul.

Management only cares about their own salaries and pay. No care for employees.
