Pros
My job was mostly done independently with no real outside stresses from above.
Cons
In the end, there is no growth and no promises kept. Their business practices are super shady and I realized they are like wolves out for blood, or in this case, money. All employees are expendable no matter what you do to prove yourself. The salaries are also pathetically low. The lucky ones are the copious amount of people who I saw quitting across all depts. before I did the same.
