Team is young and ambitious. Fostering a great place to grow. Have learned so much during y time here. I am encouraged to have a life outside of work and to use my time not working to not work, if that makes sense.

Cons

Better computers that don't die quickly. No RRSP matching. Nothing that would deter me from working here.

Cons

A new management team was appointed by the CEO over the past year. An arrogant and condescending CTO who brought in close friends, people who do not understand the business. An organizational change that paralyzed the entire company's operation. Good people are leaving, and those who remain are actively looking for new opportunities. Once again, the CEO failed in choosing the right people, and instead of moving the company forward, he set it back several years. Soon, only the mediocre ones who couldn't find another alternative will remain.
