Pros
Great place to work if you seek information on your our own. You are mostly left alone and aloud to manager your schedule as long as you get the work done. The work environment is fun and the people are great. If you have proven your worth then you will be taken care of through bonuses and other benifits
Cons
Literally no training opportunities. The support structure was build to allow the promotion of a second CIO, not needed, and the structure does not work. Despite of the recommendation of multiple employees to restructure to a more appropriate model management does not have an interest, and does not care. The company is driven on growth only, and refuses to slow down to stabilize. Project time lines are about a fourth the length they need to be to be successful, and because of that there is a lot of time spent in a reactionary break fix environment instead of a preventative goal driven environment.
