Pros
The owner and upper management are always trying to make improvements to the employee benefits package. Offering bi-annual reviews to help improve upon individual employee performance, by offering constructive criticisms and praise when needed.
Cons
Training processes are a bit disorganized and could be improved upon.

The CEO and owner is a terrible human being. He will make promises he will not keep. He uses fake "options" on shares which never gain value to justify lower pay. He will work against his employees to subvert their success to exert authority. His ego is more important than the success of the company. The employees who stay around have no self-confidence and have no agency to make decisions. There is very little personal interaction or feeling of community because of the way everyone is treated. Turnover is extremely high which leads to chaos and ever-changing job duties. He overrides his managers on all decisions, including hiring. Employee morale is the worst of any place of employment I have experienced in 25 years. Strategy and decisions are not made based on facts or experience. Company culture is horrific.
