I was told they had full time hours, they do not. It Takes forever to build a full time caseload and have a supervisor provide new cases to you. Supervisor states they will reach out to you when cases are available, this is not true, I have had to reach out to my supervisor regarding new cases weekly. Communication is non-existent unless you personally reach out and then it takes a week or two to hear back. I cannot live off of part time hours, I am struggling to pay bills and will be looking for a new position. I relayed this to the manager and got no reply.

No benefits. Upper management has changed drastically in the last years and a half. All of the good managers and supervisors are basically gone. Communication between supervisors and therapists has become exhaustingly difficult. Materials have become much more difficult to get. It took me a full month to get ONE evaluation manual and the materials for it. I had asked every week for four weeks. Only when I basically threatened my supervisors that an evaluation was going to be out of compliance did they get what I needed to me. If I was filling this out just 2 years ago, I would have given it 5 stars. I just can't do that anymore.
