-opportunities for change in setting (schools, EI, hospital) -decent pay -smaller, local company in PA

Cons

-not really checking up on how their employees are doing(can be a pro sometimes though) -not feeling connected to other slps in the company -benefits aren't that great

- CF mentorship - great pay - caring supervisors - support after CF year - you are a W-2 employee - access to chrome books and a variety of assessments

Cons

- pay is hourly instead of salary - communication between Nyman and school districts can be challenging
