Fantastic mentorship from the moment you’re hired on. I’ve consistently achieved my career milestones while working at Nyman Turkish and I know it’s because of the support and advice I’ve received from those who have been working for the company for far longer and are always willing to pass on their knowledge and career advice.

Cons

The only con I can think of is just irregularity of communication and the lack of opportunities to give feedback to management.

Don’t make the assumption that just because I’m writing a positive review means that I’m attempting to invalidate the negative reviews. All reviews on this platform hold merit. Your experience will likely be different from mine. All I can do is tell you is that my specific experience was great. It’s a job that I can wake up to and be excited about. Couldn’t be happier with it.

Pros

Chill for the most part. Management don’t make a habit of hovering over your shoulder to make sure you’re getting your work done. You’re treated like an adult. The last firm I worked for had this problem so I’m happy I don’t have to deal with that at Nyman Turkish. Hand holding, if it occurs at all, is kept to a minimum.

Cons

Not necessarily a con but there was a good long while where we had to use our own laptops.
