      Poor Management

      Opportunity to build skill set, some coworkers

      Cons

      Low pay, benefits are lacking, you get sick and safe time but not pto (it's the same thing, you don't get both so don't expect to be able to get to take time off and get to take days if you get sick). Promotions are based on favoritism. They don't know how to effectively utilize labor. There is no leadership. I don't think the company will last.

      Progressive company looking towards the future. Executive management strives to provide an inclusive environment for employees. Hybrid schedule allows for a great work life balance and company provides opportunities to give back to the community.

      None - its a great place to work.
