      Consistent work and the feel of a smaller company.

      Cons

      Low hourly pay justified by being able to qualify for incentive. Updated processes are slow to be integrated into the work environment or even approved by management.

      Pros

      Honestly the only pro for me is that I no longer work for this company. Looking back, those were truly the most miserable years of my life. Don't just take my word for it. Speak with both current and former employees and the majority will tell you the same thing, that management treats is employees horribly.

      Cons

      The greed at the top. The two-faced nature of management; they'll build you up, to your face and then tear you down behind your back. Management is truly inept, cowardly and dysfunctional. It starts with Sue Thomas.
