Pros
Good pay, reasonable hours, generally nice people to work with, glass containers are a beautiful product to work with, company has global impact and reach.
Cons
Old-school company that really struggles to adapt to new ways of working. Very risk-averse and short-term focused. Commercial, and marketing teams have little drive to innovate and sell value -- there is little to no crossover with the technical teams. This industry is in a slow, gradual decline.
