Pros

*Friendly colleagues *Interesting multicultural environment *Coffee for free

Cons

*Incompetent people protected from top management for personal reasons, especially in the HR department. An important department by the way, which is crowded of useless people *No willingness to keep talented young people to replace the incompetent ones - the age average of this company is going up in opposition with its creativity, productivity and quality of work *This company has a talent to hire exceptional interns and to push them out a few months later, justifying it as a cost saving when, at the same moment, managers doing nothing are over-paid *Modernity, technology and innovation are almost impossible to settle as the company considers itself as "a leader no matter what" in glass manufacturing
