Pros

Great flexibility and dynamic workplace. Very good group of colleagues for the most part and a noble and solid business.

Cons

Missing a more accelerated and genuinely interested commitment to further employee growth with the compensation to back it. Also very sluggish and slow to adopt new tech systems and software that could offer much better efficiency and results. Still way too many things and processes on the supporting services side of the business that are done manually or that are excessively dependent on email instead of systems. More and more workload without the pay to go with it, doesn't make people want to stick around.

Great company to work for,loved the challenge,loved the job because its a great opportunity.Learned a lot.Itwas a very exciting place to be everyday. Itswonderful to work at Owens - Illinois.

The downsides are that theres none.I love everything about Owens -Illinois.Nothing negative about my job can ever be said.

Cons

-large corporate atmosphere sometimes can make design an afterthought -Occassionally projects could be slow / stale and not as stimulating -Direction sometimes comes from non design personnel.
