As a global company you have to be bilingual if you want to grow. Glass is the best packaging material to recommend/sale. Top clients such as ABI, Heineken, Coca Cola, Nestlé, unilever.

Cons

Company hierarchy way too complicated. Many people as global role when we need more local roles. (Think global act local). Stocks are decreasing (technology based companies growing way more than traditional companies)
